Op donderdag 26 september ontving de Stad Hasselt de internationale studenten van UHasselt en Hogeschool PXL in de Oude Raadzaal van het Oud Stadhuis.
Het "welcoming event" begon met een korte toespraak door schepenen Dehollogne en El Ouakili. Na een groepsfoto op de trappen startten de studenten met een rondleiding in het centrum van Hasselt. Daarna was er een afsluitende drink en karaoke in Irish Pub, in samenwerking met het Erasmus Student Network (ESN)

WELCOMING EVENT STUDENTS AUHL - CITY OF HASSELT
On Thursday, September 26, the City of Hasselt welcomed the international students from UHasselt and Hogeschool PXL in the Old Council chamber of the Old City Hall. The welcoming event started with a short speech by deputy major Dehollogne and El Ouakili. After a group photo on the stairs, the students started a guided tour in the center of Hasselt.
